Simon has been here at Main Street Animal Hospital for over 1 year. He's neutered. He's a great snuggler. He loves to rub and give lots of kisses. ADOPTED!!!

This fun-loving, active dog was brought in to us after being tied to a business door, shot with a BB Gun and left outside for a few days. He is neutered and ready to go home. He still needs his vaccines which his new owner will get 20% OFF of. Since being here with us, we've learned his love to play ball. If he had the choice he'd play forever! Sammy is dog friendly. He's never had the pleasure of meeting cats so we are unsure of how he responds to them. He's knows a few comands but mostly loves to run. He needs a big yard and tons of love. We have no history on him but we believe he is about 1 year old. We ask that he get lots of hugs and kisses from his new home! He is ready to go today! Drake
Drake is a parvo survivor just like his adotped brother Damien. He is an energetic dog with a ton of running to do. He's ready to be adotped today. He will also need to complete his puppy vaccines with a few more sets. He will always get 20% OFF all medical bills if you chose to bring him back to us. He looks forward to meeting his new family!!

Snoofy was dropped off on our doorstep. He was in a Petco box labeled "Snoofy, neutered male, declawed, vaccinated." He is a very sweet cat with a big heart. He's been a lot of fun to have but he needs a happy home to rest in. He loved to be loved on and will follow you anywhere. Stewy
ADOPTED!!!
Stewy is a rescue from the pound. He was due to be euthanized 03-25-2008. He was dropped off by his previous owners for vomiting and diarrhea. They never made a trip to the vet to see what was wrong or try to attempt to treat him. The pound was going to kill him for possible parvo. I was able to take him and he is being treated for parvo. He has very little signs of it and has been eating, drinking, and howling away. He's a great little guy with a ton of energy. He's great with kids!
 
Precious
Precious is a water lover! She plays in the pool all the time. She dives for toys and chases the water coming out of the hose. She's spayed and current on all vaccines. She is a black lab, beagle mix. Precious is approximately 5-6 years old with the heart of a puppy. She calms down and is a great indoor family pet. She is sweet and listens to commands. She is good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. Everyone loves her! She came from the pound with a small old lady limp and a cough. Since then she has been a great dog to have. She was due to be euthanized 3/26/08.

Sugar has been diagnosed with parvo. She is a sweet 2 pound Shih Tzu. She's about 16 weeks old, still needs vaccines, and still needs to be spayed. She loves to wiggle her little tail at every word you say. She would love to be a spoiled little princess and must have smaller brothers and sisters. She's very tiny but has a big heart!
 
Sheriff

Sheriff came from the pound after his owners abandonded him even after knowing he'd be euthanized. This sweet dog is VERY obidient and loves to be with you. He's a little older but is house trained, well-mannered, and very sweet. He's good with other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats. His favorite things are treats and to be sratched all over!
 
Jack
This little kitten is about 3 months old. He's a major lover and will tell you all about it. Jack is a small cat with a big heart. He loves to eat and be near you always. He a curious little guy and doesn't mind stepping in the danger zone. He will need to be neutered and remain an indoor cat. He's a major cuddler! He was scheduled to be euthanized 3/30/08.

Kenzie
This is Kenzie. Kenzie was rescued from the euthanasia list from the pound. She had an upper resp infection or a cold for doggies. She was covered in ticks and very lethargic. She has been treated for the ticks, medicated for the cold, and now eating, drinking and active as can be! She's been a little shy when playing with other dogs bigger than her, but gets along her with size great. She's never aggressive and doesn't mind other animals. She's a very sweet dog who LOVES to be cuddled with. She will be the princess of the house. She needs to be spayed in 2 months. She's about 3 months old and will still need vaccines. She's a very sweet little dog who is in need of a good home.
She was due to be killed 3/30/08 at 6am.

Coca
Returned to pound for adoption
Coca is a beautiful dog. She has a great exotic look to her face. She is a major ball player...she just doesn't know to bring the ball back yet. She came in form the pound with a cold and very underweight. She's eating and drinking fine and is active and happy. She is a sweet dog but can be a bit shy. She loves to run as fast as her legs can take her. She's approximately 8 months old and still needs to be spayed. She was due to be euthanized 3/30/08 at 6am.
 
Kendall
Kendall is the sweetest girl! She is a Border Collie with a great smile. She is about 7 months old and still needs to be spayed. She came in with parvo and has survived it. She is healthy and happy and ready for her new home. She seems to be house trained and loves to be with people.

Klutz
Returned to pound for adoption
Klutz is great big dog. He's approximately 50-60lbs. He still needs to be neutered and vaccinated. His adoption fee is included with his neuter. He has not been shown much love so he'll need someone with a lot of time and love to give. He's a good dog but does require a bit of training. His breed makes that as easy as it is hard. He's very smart and very good. He was due to be euthanized on 4/4/08 at 6am.
 
Gracie
Gracie is a boxer who was brought into the pound. During her time at the pound Graice caught a little cold. She began sneezing and then was put on the euthanasia list. She stood up on the gate and put her paws out towards me as if she was saying help me. I asked to take her off the list and let her come here to the hospital with me where she is currently being treated with antibiotics. She has a great big smile all day long and is the sweetest thing. She is approx 1 years old and was due to be euthanized 4/9/08.

Crackers
Returned to pound for adoption
Crackers is a Shar Pei Lab Mix. She was born approximately 3/25/06. She is current on her vaccines and has been treated for ticks. She will still need to be spayed and is currently being treated for a small upper respiratory infection. She was named Crackers after eating all of our crackers for lunch! She's very cute and is always wagging that tail of hers. She was due to be euthanized 4/10/08.
 
Kiara
Kiara came in covered with ticks. She was underweight and dehydrated. She was stiff everytime she was lifted because she has no trust in anyone. She is so nervous everytime her cage door is opened she runs to the back and tries to burry herself under the blankets. We ran bloodwork on her and discovered she has Ehrlichia or "Tick Fever." She was not eating or drinking. Since then, she has been put on IV fluids and antibiotics. The biggest medicine that we are using is hugs and kisses. She is now eating and drinking and is getting used to being loved. She's doing very well and will be up for adoption soon. We are always taking donations to help with the cost of her treatments. She was due to be euthanized on 4/10/08.

Unfortunately, we lost our little Portofino to a terrible disease. He will be missed.
This little man has some of the cutest ears around. He is a parvo survivor. He is approximately 11 weeks old and has the growl of a lion whrn he plays. He thinks he's 100lbs heavier than he already is. He can keep himself entertained for hours with 1 single kibble. He's a little sweet heart. He is not current on his vaccines and will need to be neutered before he goes home.
 
Sugar Plum
Miss Sugar Plum came into Advanced Animal Care Hospitals with parvo on 4/5/08 when she was only 17 weeks old. She lost her 2 sisters to this terrible disease because she was never vaccinated. She had a very hard time surviving parvo but is doing great now. She is a Catahoula, Lab, Rottie, etc... Mix. She has a Black, red coat and is very pretty in the sun. She is very shy and needs to be in a quite home. She's really gentle and really sweet. She loves to eat peanut butter and doesn't mind a good scratch behind her ears every once and a while. She needs to be vaccinated but will get 20% off and she'll need to be spayed which is included in the adoption fee.

Matt is an orange tabby cat. He's current on vaccines but still needs to be neutered. He's very loving to everyone all the time. He's very cuddley and wants to have all attention on him. He's a little lover and will make a great best friend to someone who loves him. He's an indoor cat with a great personality. He was due to be euthanized on 4/10/08.

Juliet
ADOPTED!!!
Juliet is Romeo's girlfriend. She loves to play all day with him. She is a boston terrier and pit bull mix. She's spayed but due to the poor quality spays they do at the pound she is suffering from an extreme suture reaction. She is being treated with several antibiotics to keep her safe from getting sepsis. She's a very good dog who loves kids and loves other animals. She's a short little girl weighing about 25 pounds. She was due to be euthanized 4/16/08.
 
Charlie
Charlie is a chihuahua with little-big dog syndrome. He's very active and loves to run. He's learning to be more playful but has never had the opportunity before being rescued. He lived with a heeler who was much bigger than he is. He's approximately 2 years old and is due to be neutered soon. He's current on vaccines. He did come in with a small sneeze but is doing great. He was due to be euthanized 4/26/08.

Each of these animals are in need of a home. They were rescued by our Advanced Animal Care Team. Each of these pets are adoptable and are ready to go home today. When adopting a pet from Advanced Animal Care, you will receive 20% off of all services including surgeries, vaccines and more. (this does not include already discounted items). If you would like to come and visit or have questions on any one of these pets please contact a friendly staff member and we will schedule a convienent time for both the hospital and you. Some pets may have a adoption fee due to treatments performed and supplies used. Any and all of the donations go directly to the pets who we will still have and plan to save in the future. 
If you would like to make a donation of blankets, not opened food, kitty litter, food or water bowls, etc, we are always greatful. You will also receive a discount on a visit for helping our fuzzy little friends be able to stay at our hospital.

Shyanne came in to us with Parvo. She was apart of a litter of 4. She is a GREAT puppy and is the sweetest thing ever. She has never been aggressive or played too hard. She is a fun and caring little dog. She will need to be spayed soon and will have a hernia repair at the same time. She will need to be caught up on her vaccines but is in perfect health otherwise. Damien came in with parvo along with his adopted brother. Both survived and now they are in search of a home. Damien is a fun, active sheppard mix. He's always happy and has a great personality. CB is a Norwegian Forest Cat found outside in the heat. He was dehydrated and hungry. He is now happy, healthy, and neutered! CB is a sweet cat with a great personality. He comes with 20% off of all medical services if you chose to bring him back to us for care. We are unsure if he gets along with other pets or kids. You are always free to come visit him. Donovan
ADOPTED!!!
Donovan is an overstuffed ball of fluff. He came into our hospital as an emergency and our doctor rescued him. He's doing great now and has not had any problems since. He likes to be the only one in a family and would like a quite home for lots of naps and quite time. He does need to lose some weight and he's working on it now. ADOPTED!!!
Ronon was supposed to be euthanized at the pound on March 20, 2008. One of our staff members saved him before time was too late. After spending time on death row, we noticed he had gotten a little cold that we are now treating. He is doing great and is VERY sweet. We are going to get him healthy, neutered, and complete his vaccinations and he'll be ready to go to his new home. The date he'll be released for adoption is: April 3, 2008.

Vinny is a CUTIE!! He came in from the pound. He is being treated for parvo along with his sister Katie. They love eachother dearly and would prefer to go to a new home together. They will be fine apart too. Vinny has a sweet, loving personality. He loves to have his belly scratched and will stay in your arms all day. He will need to be neutered and vaccinated before he goes home.

Katie and her brother Vinny came in after being saved from the pound. She would love to go to a new home with her sister but can do just fine without her as well. She is a tough little girl with a big personality. She loves to be the center of attention, likes to be the be the boss, and gives lots of kisses. She can be a little shy. She just needs to gain everyone's trust.

Unfortunately we lost Brock to a serious illness. He will be missed.
One ear up and one ear down! He's a very cute 1 year old Pit Bull Lab mix. He was scheduled to be euthanized 3/30/08. He has a little cough but is still active, eating, drinking, and running all over! He's a real lover and would like nothing more than to be next to you every second he can. He still needs to be neutered and will need to have a big yard to play in.
 
Bella
Miss Emma is one of our smallest puppies. She is a fun little princess that always carries a big smile on her face. She is almost house trained and is a great house dog. She loves to play, doesn't mind other dogs, and loves life. She does have a little bit of a runny nose and a small cough but that is all going away with simple antibiotics. She was scheduled to be euthanized 3/30/08.

Scruffy

Scruffy is a Bassett Hound and Cocker Spaniel Mix. He has short little legs like a Basset and the hair of a Cocker Spaniel. He's is a good dog for kids, other dogs, and anyone who is willing to scratch his ears. He loves to run and play even by himself. He is already neutered and ready to go home today!

Cola is the sister of coca. They both came in from the pound with a cold. Cola is doing great now that she's on medications. She is a happy girl who loves to run and run. She's a little shy but warms up quickly. She's gives hugs and doesn't mind a belly rub from time to time. Cola is about 8 months old and still needs to be spayed. She was due to be euthanized 3/30/08 at 6am.
 
Brittney
ADOPTED!!!
Brittney is a great fetcher. She can play all day long and will do anything to play with her ball. She still needs to be spayed and has a small cold. She is approximately 7 months old. She has been a good play mate for all of the other dogs too. She was due to be euthanized on 4/4/08.
 
Nervous Nelly
Nervous Nelly came in so scared she couldn't hold her bladder for anything. Anytime anyone would look at her she would pee. She was so afraid and wouldn't even walk. She would try to get a low to the ground as possible and freeze. Because of her nervous behavior she was going to be euthanized at the pound. Since coming in from the pound she has warmed up to everyone. She is not aggressive in any way. She doesn't know what to do with her excitement so when she sees someone coming to her her whole body wiggles with her tail. She can't hold still and gives big smiles. She is such a sweet heart and needs a home with someone who is going to spoil her. She is great with other dogs and seems to come out of her shell more around them. She was due to be euthanized on 4/4/08 at 6am.

Disney
Disney was a stray Dalmation at the pound that came in underweight and malnurished. He has been slowly getting better and is learning how to love. He's a beautiful dog that needs a loving home and someone to let him know that he's home. He's unaltered but is current on his vaccines. He was due to be euthanized 4/11/08.

Sadie
Sadie came in to us from the pound with a huge smile. She is a major love bug and loves to be petted. She was born approximately 4/7/07. She has beautiful coat that will require some grooming. She will need to be spayed but is current on all of her vaccines. She can be a little shy but warms up to you quickly. She runs and tries to play but doesn't quite understand how to bring anything back. She's very funny to watch and gives hugs all the time! She was due to be euthanized 4/10/08.

Roxie
This is Roxie. Roxie is a Shar Pei, Pitbull, Shepherd Mix. She was born approximately 4/7/06. She still needs to be spayed and needs her rabies vaccine but is current on everything else. She is very shy but does well after you give her favorite thing: TREATS! She doesn't seem like she has ever had training but is willing to learn quickly. She is a medium sized dog with the cutest ears! She was due to be euthanized on 4/10/08.

Spots
Spots is a very active runner with a ton of happy energy. She is a big play dog that sometimes gets overly excited and will need a big yard and some dog park time. She has the cutest black nose and a ton of spots all over her stocky little body. She weighs approximately 50 pounds and is full grown. She is current on all vaccines and will need to be spayed. She is a ton of fun and will keep you busy with lots of laughs. She was due to be euthanized 4/10/08.

Romeo is a brindle pit mix about 2 years old. He's current on vaccines but needs to be neutered. He's a good dog that is easy to train and is eager to please. He loves to carry his treats and find the most perfect place to eat them. He's great with other dogs and tries to play with everyone. He's friendly and cute! He was due to be euthanized 4/10/08.
 
Leela
Leela is a pit bull mix who came in with parvo as an adult dog. She is a little shy when it comes to strangers but does well after she gains trust in you. She is not current on vaccines and will need to be spayed. She is a strong dog and needs to loose a little weight but can do great in a loving and caring home. Leela is approximately 60 pounds. She is house trained and kennel trained.

Bear
ADOPTED!!!
Bear is a mini lab. He weighs about 15 pounds and knows it. He's a climber but is a good house dog as well. Bear was going to be adopted through a Petco when they noticed he has a scar on his side they thought was cancerous or valley fever. He was then returned to the pound and placed up for euthanasia. Since living here at AACH he has shown no symptoms of being sick at any time. He's a great little dog with a happy spirit. He is approximately 2 years old. He loves treats and going on walks! He was due to be euthanized 4/26/08.
 
Dodger
Dodger came to us after hiding in a corner of his cage at the pound. He was sick and scared and needed to be saved. He is such a sweet dog who will need a quiet home with no kids. He had cuts on both of his ears and both dew claws were ripped off of his feet. He was covered in dirt that took 4 baths to completely come off. He very calm and gentle and will need someone who is willing to go slow with him. He's not house trained and is trying to learn everyday. He came in with a small sneeze that he is getting better with daily. He is on medications and is waiting for someone to take him home. He is current on vaccines and will get neutered soon. He was due to be euthanized 4/26/08.
