Christopher A. Lee, D.V.M., C.V.L.S.

Education:
- Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine, University of California at Davis, Graduated June 1998.
- B.S. Veterinary Medicine, University of California at Davis.
- Vice President of the Veterinary Class
- Golden Key National Honors Society
- Dr Lee completed advanced certification for laser surgery received the degree of a certified veterinary laser surgeon, C.V.L.S. in 2007.
Professional History:
- Dr. Lee can now be heard on regular podcasts relating to dog and cat health care.
- Dr. Lee is currently a senior contributor and expert commentator on Canada's pet information center - www.pets.ca
- Is a member of the Veterinary Surgical Laser Society, Ltd.
- Worked in Las Vegas from June 1998 till February 2006.
- 1998 - 2002: Worked as an associate veterinarian in a busy multi-doctor(eight doctor) pratice.
- 2002 - 2006: Was medical director and head veterinarian for a 5400 square foot practice from its inception till 2006 where it had grown to a 4 doctor, 30 employee practice. With the opportunity of ownership and a love for Arizona he moved to the Phoenix area.
- Been interviewed several times on Las Vegas Channel 13 News for such topics as “Tips for hot weather with dogs” and “Senior Wellness”.
- Lectured in “Basic Canine Care” for a guide dog training program through the Las Vegas Prison.
- Received a National Business Award in 2005
- Received an award by the Better Business Bureau for excellent customer service in 2005.
- Participated as a mentor in the NVMA mentorship program
- Received an award by the Better Business Bureau for excellent customer service in 2000
- As medical director, Dr. Lee worked with a wide variety of Not For Profit organizations providing medical and surgical services. Some of these organizations include: ARP Adopt a Rescue Pet, LVVHS Las Vegas Vally Humane Society, Heaven Can Wait Sanctuary, German Shepard Rescue, Poodle Rescue, Vizsla Rescue, and Pug Rescue. He also started a rescue fund for the hospital to help adopt out homeless pets.

| Education: · He has a bachelor of Science in Biology from City University in New York. · He received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Tuskegee University, School, of Veterinary Medicine, in Alabama. · He then finished an internship in Small Animal Medicine and Surgery for another year at Tuskegee (home of the Tuskegee Airmen).
Professional History: · He moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, in 2004 · He worked in a fast paced, high volume 8 doctor practice until February of 2007. · Dr. Radix now practices medicine at both of our Advanced Animal Care Hospitals in Phoenix and Mesa. · He worked with The Las Vegas Humane Society and now he has joined to help the AZ Humane Society · Dr. Radix has worked with the Beagle Rescue and helped to · Dr. Radix worked with a variety of Not For Profit organizations providing medical and surgical services.
Personal Information: · Dr. Radix hails from the islands of Trinidad and Tobago in the Caribbean. · He currently lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his lovely wife Nikki King D.V.M., and brand new adorable daughter Sydney. · He shares his home with 3 loving dogs and 2 lazy cats. · His interests include Tae Kwondo, soccer, and swimming.
